摘要
运用随机区组设计试验方法,连续观察育苗期和造林初期林木的生长情况,探讨了两个桉树无性系(巨尾桉无性系广林9号、尾巨桉无性系DH32-29以下简称无性系广9、无性系29)接种固氮菌的效应,结果表明:两种桉树无性系接种固氮菌增长效果显著。苗期试验,无性系广9及29接种后,地径分别比对照增长7.72%、20.18%,苗高增长量分别达5.02%、16.40%;造林7月龄时,接种固氮菌的的广9无性系及29无性系的地径生长量相对于对照组增长分别达35.93%、56.20%,树高增长量分别达35.74%、72.22%。统计分析结果表明:广9及29无性系接种固氮菌增长量均达显著水平,增长效果明显;其中以29无性系接种固氮菌效果较优。此外,接种固氮菌的林木还表现出一定的环境抗逆性,在遭受桉树枝瘿姬小蜂严重危害后能较快恢复生长。
To probe into the effect of inoculating nitrogen fixation bacteria for two Eucalyptus clones(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla GL9、E.urophylla×E.grandis 3229),was carried out by using the continuous observation on the seedling stage and early stage of the two dones.The results show that compared with the control,there's a remarkable effect of growth on the two Eucalyptus clones inoculated with nitrogen fixation bacteria.During the seedling experiment,compared with the control,the basal diameters of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla GL9 increased by 7.72%,the height growth increased by 5.02%;and the basal diameter of E.urophylla×E.grandis 3229 inoculated with nitrogen fixation bacteria increased by 20.18%,the height growth increased by 16.40%.After seven months of the afforestation experiment,compared to the control,the basal diameters of increased Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla GL9 by 35.93%,the height growth by 35.74%;and the basal diameter of E.urophylla×E.grandis 3229 inoculated with nitrogen fixation bacteria increased by 56.20%,the height growth increased by 72.22%.The statistical analysis indicates that the two Eucalyptus clones inoculated with nitrogen fixation bacteria not only reached a significant level of growth in the basal diameters but also obviourly grew in the height,the effect of growth-promoting.Of which E.urophylla×E.grandis 3229 displayed a better growth-promoting effect of inoculating with nitrogen fixation.In addition,the two Eucalyptus clones inoculated with nitrogen-fixing bacteria also showed high resistance in the environment,the trees can resume rapid growth after suffering from the serious damage of Leptocybe invasa Fisher et La Salle.
