摘要
作为一种特殊的公示语,警示语的翻译是一个国家对外交流水平和人文环境建设的具体体现,其水平的优劣直接体现了一个城市,一个国家的文化素养,我们的警示语翻译还存在不少问题,亟待提高。本文探讨了关联理论对警示语翻译的指导,即译者应考虑原文信息意图和目的语读者的期待,以追求最佳关联为标准,做出和原文具有相似释义的译文,并提出相应的翻译方法。
A special public sign,warnings,the translation of which represents and gives rise to the modernization of a country as well as a city.However,a prominent problem facing cities in China is that the translating of warnings is urgent and demanding.This article,under the guide of powerful Relevance Theory,regarding optimal relevance as standard to satisfy the purpose of original information and expectation of readers of target language,makes a comprehensive research on the translation of warnings,so that to achieve better translation methods and translation versions.
