摘要
调查发现,高校教师职业生涯发展中的压力源主要来自社会、学校管理与制度、学生和教师自身。高校教师职业压力总体强度较大,在其职业生涯发展的各个阶段,占主导的职业压力源具有差异。
The investigation indicated that pressure sources mainly from society,college management and institution,college students and teachers’ self-development in professional career development of college teachers.The total strength of professional pressure was larger,in each stage of their professional career development,the dominant pressure sources have certain differences
