摘要
高校学报由于其自身的学术特性,要求其编辑应具备学者型编辑的意识,最终成为学者型编辑。高校学报的发展很大程度上取决于学报编辑的学者型编辑意识。树立学者型编辑意识,需从以下三方面着手:(1)正确处理编辑学知识与专业知识的关系;(2)培养编辑自身的学术影响力和全局观;(3)学习新知识与构建合理的知识结构。
For their unique academic characteristics,university journals require their editors have scholar-type editor sense and grow into scholar editors.The development of university journals depends to a great extent on their editors＇ scholar-type editor sense.To build up the sense,the editors have to focus on the following three issues：（1）the combination of editorial skills with professional knowledge;（2）the expansion of their own academic influence and the establishment of the global view;（3）the acquisition of new knowledge and optimization of their knowledge structure.
