摘要
突发事件具有突发性、高度不确定性、紧迫性、社会公共性和双重效果性等五大特征。应对不同类型的突发事件,媒体报道宜采取不同策略,其核心要素是及时公开,报道全面,引导舆论和质疑问责。
Emergency events are characteristic of suddenness,high uncertainty,urgency,social publicity and double effects.To respond to different types of emergency events,media should adopt different strategies whose core elements are timely disclosure,comprehensive report,public opinion guidance and doubts of accountability.
