摘要
教育模式形成是在一定社会条件下,由教育目标决定的,而教育目标又是由办学主体的需求决定的。因此,本文分析了职业教育需求驱动的特点,指出了企业在职业技术教育中的中心地位和作用,并根据高职教育的规律,并率先提出"以企业需求为中心"的模块式、工学结合人才培养方式的实践模式,较为系统解决工学结合难题。
In certain social contexts,the educational modes are determined by the educational goals.And the educational goals are in turn determined by the needs of the subjectivity of colleges.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the higher vocational training,and discusses about the position and role of the enterprises in the vocational and technical education,puts forward to a students＇ cultivation mode of combining college with enterprise,hoping to solve the existing problems in running college with the joint efforts by College and enterprise.
