摘要
当前,在原材料价格上升、劳动力使用成本增加、人民币升值等多因素影响下,OEM企业的利润空间进一步缩小,OEM企业必须及时实施转型升级,成为拥有自主知识产权的OBM企业。OEM企业应根据自身行业发展的特点,走基于市场扩张能力的创牌路径,或基于技术创新能力的创牌路径,寻求个性化的升级路径,逐步从OEM企业发展为OBM。
At present,under the influence of many factors such as the rise of raw materials price,the increase of labor use cost,RMB appreciation,OEM the profit space for the company further narrowing.OEM enterprise must timely implement the upgrade and become OBM enterprise with independent intellectual property rights.This article believes that the OEM enterprise may act according to own characteristic of profession development,blazing the trail in the independent marketing of expansion promotion,or the strengthening voluntarily designed capacity of technological innovation,so as to seek its own way of promotion and development and gradually reforming from the OEM enterprise to OBM.
