摘要
提出了人力资本与企业网络能力关系的理论假设和模型,运用结构方程模型对人力资本与企业网络能力的关系进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:企业家人力资本对企业网络柔性决策能力具有正向影响;管理型人力资本对企业网络协控能力具有正向影响;专业型人力资本对企业网络营运能力具有正向影响。
The article presents the theoretical hypothesis and model on the relationship between enterprises' human capital and networking ability.Then by using structural equation model to test the theoretical hypothesis and model put forth,it attempts to find an empirical inspection on the relationship.The result has proved that the entrepreneur's human capital has positive effect on enterprises' networking flexible decision-making ability,and that the managerial human capital has positive effect on enterprises' networking coordinating and controlling ability,and that the specialized human capital has positive effect on enterprises' networking operational ability.
