生物摩擦学及其微纳技术研究进展

DEVELOPMENT OF BIOTRIBOLOGY AND ITS MICRO-AND NANOTECHNOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS

摘要 综述了3类在微纳尺度范围内有功能单元的生物摩擦系统及其在微纳技术中的应用,详细分析了硅藻、壁虎脚或特定昆虫接触垫及单分子自愈合粘结剂的组成、结构和特殊性能,介绍了以上3种生物在微纳结构气敏传感器、微机电系统以及具有优良自愈合粘结性能的纳米复合材料中的应用,最后对其未来的研究趋势进行了展望. Three categories of natural biotribological systems with micro-and nano functional units and their micro-and nanotechnological applications were reviewed.The compositions,structures,and special properties of the diatoms,Gecko′s feet or certain insect attachment pads,and single molecules that serve as strong self-healing adhesives were analyzed in details.Additionally,applications of the three natural biotribological systems in micro-and nano structural gas sensors,MEMS,and nano composites with highly self-healing properties were summarized.Finally,the future development was prospected.
