摘要
宁夏盐池县地处农牧交错带北缘,属生态脆弱区,多年来人地矛盾突出,县内产业主要以农业和畜牧业为主.2002年实施全境禁牧之后,耕地数量减少,释放了大量劳动力,越来越多的农民通过劳动力转移增加收益.以2009年8月对盐池县29个自然村的调查资料及数据为基础,通过数据对比,分析了盐池县不同种植方式下劳动力转移特点以及劳动力转移对新农村建设的影响。结果表明,不同种植方式下劳动力转移特点出现同中有异,而不同种植方式的劳动力转移机制不同.
Yanchi county,which is an ecologically fragile area and has the obvious contradiction between people and land over the years,is located in the northern farming-pastoral zone,in Ningxia.Yanchi industry is mainly based on agriculture and animal husbandry.Since 2002,all of county implement forbidden grazing,the cultivated land decreased,which releases a huge number of labour force.To increase their income more and more farmers transfer.According to the analysis of the 29 villages in Yanchi county on August 2009,through data comparison the paper analyses the characteristic of rural labor force transfer and its influence on new rural construction in different agricultural production.The results show that different ways of planting have different labor transfer mechanism.
