摘要
当前,我国正由传统社会向现代社会转型,而新农村建设是农村社会转型的基础工程。本文从巩固农业基础地位、发展农业生产力、提高农民素质和构建农村劳动力转移机制等四个方面提出了实现新农村建设目标的参考意见。
China is transiting from traditional society to modern society. The new rural construction is the basic engineering in rural society. The objectives of the new rural construction： consolidate the position of agriculture and improve the quality of farmers and develop agricuhural productivity and found the rural labor force transfer mechanism.
