离子束辅助真空电弧沉积TiO_(2-x)N_x薄膜及抗菌性能研究

Study on antibacterial activities of nitrogen-doped titania films prepared by ion beam assisted cathode vacuum arc method

摘要 采用离子束辅助真空电弧沉积技术在玻璃衬底上制备了氮掺杂的TiO_2薄膜样品,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、XPS以及UV-Vis分光光度计等测试手段对离子束辅助沉积样品的结构、表面成分及抗菌活性进行了分析,研究了经离子束辅助沉积氮掺杂的TiO_2薄膜的抗菌性能。结果表明:离子束辅助沉积的氮掺杂的TiO_3薄膜为非晶态结构,热处理后向锐钛矿转变,出现(101)面的择优取向。离子束流越大,TiO_(2-x)N_x薄膜红移的越少;抗菌活性随着离子束流的增加而减弱,但离子束辅助沉积的掺氮TiO_2薄膜抗菌活性均比传统真空电弧沉积的薄膜抗菌活性高。离子束辅助沉积的掺氮TiO_2薄膜对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌自然光照的抑菌率的抗菌率均可达99.9%以上。 The nitrogen - doped TiO_2 thin films were prepared on glass substrates by ion beam assisted cathode vacuum arc method.The annealed nitrogen - doped TiO_2 thin films were characterized with X -ray diffraction(XRD),X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and ultraviolet visible light spectroscopy (UV -Vis).Antibacterial characteristics of the films with different ion beam current were studied.The results show that the microstructures of nitrogen - doped thin films are amorphous and transform into anatase phase with a preferred orientation on(101) crystal face after annealed at 500℃.UV - Vis tranmittance spectra of TiO_(2-x)N_x films moves towards red direction with the increase of ion beam current.The antibacterial activity of TiO_(2-x)N_x Films decreases with the increase of ion beam current.But the antibacterial activity of TiO_(2-x)N_x Films deposited with the assistance of ion beam is higher than those deposited without ion beam.The experimental results have also shown that the antibacterial rates of samples for 2h are all more than 99%against the growth of Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus.
