摘要
氯吡格雷是临床上广泛使用的抗血小板药物,在长期临床应用中发现,部分使用氯吡格雷治疗的患者仍会有血栓性血管事件的发生,即氯吡格雷抵抗现象。氯吡格雷抵抗受多方面因素的影响,其确切机制尚未明确。现就有关氯吡格雷抵抗的研究进行综述。
Clopidogrel plays a significant role in the prevention of thrombotic events in patients,but a substantial number of such events still occur,which can be partially explained by the phenomenon of drug resistance called clopidogrel resistance.Presently,the best laboratory procedure to screen for possible clopidogrel variability of response remains to be determined.The currently available evidence surrounding the variability in the antiplatelet response to clopidogrel is discussed.
