甲状腺乳头状癌的临床治疗体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌的手术方式及治疗效果。方法:通过分析本院2000年4月～2005年4月73例甲状腺乳头状癌患者的的临床资料、手术方式等探讨甲状腺癌的治疗。结果:73例患者中无一例因手术死亡,其中,66例患者生存至今,5年生存率为90%,13例患者术前术后出现并发症。结论:根据患者的具体情况采用个性化的手术方式,可以提高甲状腺癌的治愈率,减少并发症的发生。
