摘要
本文报道临床治疗6种类型晚期恶性肿瘤9例,存活10年以上2例,2～6年5例,2例于3～4年死亡。虽然组织来源差异很大,但其生物学行为却极其类似,治疗方案大体相同,治疗效果显著。由此证明,晚期恶性肿瘤病人中看似无望者,仍有一部分可以治疗并能获得长期生存。根据病人具体情况,制定适宜的治疗方案,做到尽力而为,总会收到一定疗效。
This is a report of 9 cases of advanced cancer treated with surgery in combination with adjuvant chemotherapy. Among them 2 cases are still alive for more than 10 years, 5 cases for 2-6 years and 2 cases died within 3-4 years. Resemblance to some extent existed among these malignant tumors in term of biological behaviour, however, histologic origin differred with 6 different types. All the patients were treated according to similar regime of pre-and post-operative chemotherapy, which provided satisfactory effects. It is suggested, thus, that appropriate treatment be given actively in patients with far advanced cancer even though their disease were grave and apparently hopeless.
