摘要
提高高校管理效能,不仅需要营造良好的政治氛围、宽松的学术氛围、和谐的人文氛围,还需要营造风清气正的廉洁文化氛围。加强高校廉洁文化建设,有助于高校管理理念的与时俱进、管理制度的科学完善、管理行为的规范有序、管理人员的清正廉洁,从而推进高校管理的高效能建设。
Efficient administration is urgently required in universities and colleges residing in the core of rapid economic,political,cultural and social development.To improve the efficiency of administration,we need to create the atmosphere of health politics,democratic academia,harmonious humanism,and pure anti-corruption culture as well.The intensification of anti-corruption construction in universities and colleges can be beneficial to renovate the concept of administration,perfect the scientific administrative system,standardize the administrative conducts and make administrators honest so as to advance the construction of administration efficiency in universities and colleges.
