摘要
目的:探讨高压氧治疗对脱位年轻恒牙再植后的牙髓和牙周组织恢复的影响。方法:选择78例脱位年轻恒牙外伤性根尖孔尚未形成的患者,复位固定后,随机分为高压氧治疗实验组52颗和对照组52颗,高压氧治疗组患者术后即在加压舱内面罩吸纯氧,然后吸空气再吸纯氧,每日1次,共10d。对照组未进行高压氧治疗,连续观察1~3年。结果:高压氧治疗实验组牙髓坏死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗对于年轻脱位再植牙齿的存活、牙髓和牙周组织恢复再生都有促进作用。
Objective:To study the effect on hyperbaric oxygen treatment on the pulp and periodontal tissue after the dislocation of the replantation on young permanent teeth recovery.Methods:78 cases of traumatic dislocation of the permanent teeth of young patients after reduction and fixation were selected,they were randomly divided into 52 cases of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and the control group 52 cases.The patients on the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group were treated with sucking oxygen mask in a pressurized cabin after surgery,then sucking the air and then sucking pure oxygen,a day one time,a total of 10 days.The control group not given special treatment,continuous observation of 1~3 years.Results:The experimental group treated with hyperbaric oxygen pulp necrosis was significantly lower than control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Dislocation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in young replanted tooth survival,pulp and periodontal tissue regeneration have promoted recovery.
