摘要
建立了拉米夫定中有机溶剂甲醇和丙酮残留量的毛细管顶空气相色谱分析法.残留溶剂甲醇和丙酮的检测限分别为3.4μg/L和2.3μg/L,线性关系良好(r均大于0.999),平均回收率分别为101.1%和100.9%.该方法测量操作简单,结果灵敏、准确,重现性好,适用于拉米夫定中残留有机溶剂的测定.
A headspace gas chromatography method for determination of residual organic solvents-methyl alcohol and acetone in Lamivudine was established.The detection limits were 3.4 μg/L for methyl alcohol and 2.3 μg/L for acetone.The calibration curves of two solvents were linear（r0.999）.The average recoveries of methyl alcohol and acetone were 101.1% and 100.9%,respectively.This method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.It could be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in Lamivudine.
