摘要
1例67a女性右足跟骨骨刺患者,在右足跟骨骨刺部位给予曲安奈德注射剂40mg+2%利多卡因注射剂5mL,以小针刀在骨刺尖端处行疏通剥离术。15d后患者感觉右足行走无力,一个月后来院检查。经指压检查:右足跟骨结节上2cm处触及空虚感,且提踵实验(+);影像学检查:右足跟跟腱断裂。确诊为右足跟跟腱断裂。随即住院治疗,2d后行"右足跟跟腱断接术",一周后出院。一个月后来院复查:提踵实验(-);影像学检查示右足跟跟腱连接良好。
A 67-year-old woman with right calcaneal spur was given triamicinolone acetonide injection 40 mg and 2% lidocaine injection 5 mL,and decollement was performed with small needle knife on the top of bone spur.Fifteen days later,the patient felt weakness in right foot,and came back hospital for examation 1 month later.The result of inspection showed that there was a feeling of empty at 2 cm up from right calcaneal tuberosity,with positive result of heel test.And rupture of right achilles tendon was confirmed by radiological investigation.Two days later,she received operation.The patient discharged from hospital after a week.The examination showed she was recovery after one month.
