摘要
目的:对比观察铍针配合传统点穴疗法与局部封闭(曲安奈德注射液)疗法治疗慢性棘上韧带损伤的疗效。方法:将慢性棘上韧带损伤患者141例随机分为两组。治疗组78例,采用铍针配合传统点穴疗法;对照组63例,采用局部封闭疗法,并对两组临床疗效进行对比观察及随访。结果:两组数据均采用统计学分析(SPSS13.0 for Windows统计软件包):治疗组疗法总有效率96.12%,对照组疗法总有效率76.19%;治疗组临床复发率明显低于对照组;两组相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组优于对照组。
Objective： To compare and to observe the therapeutic effects of Pi-zhen combined with traditional Dianxue and local block（Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Injection） in the treatment of chronic supraspinal ligament injury. Methods： One hundred and fouty-one cases of chronic supraspinal ligament injury patients were randomly divided into two groups. Seventy-eight cases in the treatment group were treated with Pi-zhen combined with traditional Dianxue. Sixty-three cases in the control group were treated with local block. The clinical therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups and all cases were followed. Results： The data of the two groups were analyzed statistically（SPSS13.0 for windows）. The total effective rate was 96.12% in the treatment group and 76.19% in the control group. The clinical recurrence rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group.
