摘要
目的:了解我院2007-2009年住院患者抗微生物药物使用情况,为抗微生物药物的合理使用与管理提供参考。方法:收集我院2007-2009年住院患者抗微生物药物使用资料,对销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果:2007-2009年我院抗微生物药物销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例呈下降趋势;头孢菌素类、碳青霉烯类、喹诺酮类抗微生物药物的销售金额各年度均位于前3位;注射用头孢吡肟的销售金额和DDDs排序各年度均列首位。结论:我院住院患者抗微生物药物的使用基本合理,但仍存在选择起点过高、少数品种过量使用、分级管理不够严格等问题。
Objective：To evaluate the application of antimicrobial drugs in inpatients of our hospital during 2007-2009,and provide references for rational use and management of antimicrobial drugs.Methods：The data of antimicrobial drugs in inpatients during 2007-2009 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of the sales amount,DDDs and DDC.Results：The proportion of consumption sum of antimicrobial drugs in the total decreased year by year.Cephalosporins,carbapenems and quinolones dominated the top three on the consumption list of all the antimicrobial drugs during three years.Cefepime for injection ranked the first place in respect of sales amount and DDDs from 2007 to 2009.Conclusion：The use of antimicrobial drugs was basically rational in our hospital;however,there were also some inappropriate problems such as selection of senior antibiotics,drug overdose,and loosely hierarchical management.
