摘要
目的了解我院呼吸科抗生素用药趋势,协助临床合理选用抗生素。方法对我院2007年8－11月呼吸内科住院患者207份病历进行用药情况的数据分析。结果合理数为128,不合理数为79;其中超越权限用药的有31份,占14.98%;超剂量、超疗程用药的有23份,占11.1%;用药时间间隔不正确的有31份,占14.98%;使用二线和三线药无具体说明的有6份,占2.90%;频繁更换抗生素的有3份,占1.45%。结论我院的抗生素应用情况基本合理,但亦存在少量不合理现象,需要加以改进。
Objective To dig into Respiratory antibiotic drug trends in Anshan central hospital to assist the rational usage of antibiotics. Methods A data analysis was carried on the drug use for the cases of 207 patients in breath internal medicine department in the hospital in the period of August to November in 2007. Results 128 cases rationally administer drug, while 79 cases do not, among which 31 cases take an overdose, which accounts for 14. 98%, 23 cases take ultra dosage and excessive treatment time, which accounts for 11.1%. The number of incorrect medication time - gap is 31, which accounts for 14. 98%, 6 cases uses second - line drugs or third - line drugs without specific explanation, which accounts for 2. 90% ; The number of frequent replacement antibiotic is 3, which accounts for 1.45%. Conclusions The application of basic antibiotics in Anshan central Hospital is reasonable, but there are also some irrational treatments to be improved.
