摘要
运用一维流体力学软件GT-Power对消声器的几种基本消声单元进行了数值仿真计算与分析。讨论了基本扩张式消声单元、存在插入管的消声单元、存在偏置的消声单元、存在直通穿孔管的消声单元、阻性消声单元等基本消声单元对消声性能的影响,并得出了相应的影响规律,为消声器的设计、改进提供了参考。
Using one-dimensional fluid dynamics software-GT-Power,we numerically simulate and analyse some muffler basic structures.The effects of muffler units on muffler anechoic performance are discussed,such as resistive muffler unit,muffler unit with inserted tube,muffler unit with a tube bias,muffler unit with straight-through perforated pipe and so on.The numerical simulation of exhaust muffler in this thesis can provide reference and a new method for muffler design.It is of important instructional significance for improving the design and analysis of muffler.
