摘要
通过理论分析，提出了球形扩张式消声结构，这一结构具有比柱形扩张结构消声量更大的优点．将这一结构用于Ｓ１９５型柴油机消声器设计，结果新设计的消声器的消声性能和油耗指标都优于产品３消声器．
After theoretical analysis of it. the author puts forward spherical expansion chamber silencer element.It has an advantage of a larger transmission loss over the cylinder expansion chamber.The spherical expansion chamber is used in the newly-designed exhaust silencer for S195 diesel engine, showing that it is featured by a larger transmission loss and lower specific fuel consumption than No.3 silencer.
