摘要
劳动关系的和谐是企业和谐的基础。构建民营企业和谐劳动关系需要强有力的思想政治工作做保证。文章基于对宁波市民营企业劳动关系和谐状况和思想政治工作现状的调查和分析,对宁波市民营企业创新思想政治工作的价值取向、关注视角、工作方法、工作重点、工作难点和实现途径,提出了个人见解。
The harmonious labor relations is the basis for the harmany with the enterprises.A strong and effective ideologcal work is required for the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises.In the author＇s mind,the private enterprises in Ningbo——based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political work,should innovate the value orientation,pay close attention to the working style and methods to provote the harmonious development of labor relations,while the difficulties and ways of the ideological and political work are also discussed.
