摘要
新升本科院校是我国高等教育大众化的产物,它们的发展与高等教育事业息息相关。作为后生力量,新升本科院校的发展受到社会,尤其是教育界的普遍关注。"后发优势理论"为其发展奠定了理论基础。鉴识后发劣势,张扬后发优势也成为新升本科院校实现跨越式发展的行动依据。
Newly-established undergraduate colleges are products to popularize higher education in China,their development are closely linked to the higher education enterprise.As the young strength,newly-established undergraduate colleges＇ development receives the social universal attention,particularly in educational circles.＂Theory of newly-developed advantages＂ has laid the rationale for theirs development.Distinction of newly-developed disadvantages,making widely known of newly-developed advantages are also become the realization of motion basis of leap frog development.
