Experiment Study of a Parallel Resonant Network Based on DC Link Soft-switching Inverter

摘要 谐振环节设计是软开关逆变器实现软开关的关键技术问题,如何选择谐振参数对逆变器性能至关重要。针对一种新型并联谐振直流环节逆变器(PRDCLI)拓扑,提出了一种有效的谐振环节设计方案,重点阐述了谐振参数设计及其对零电压条件形成的影响,设计了以TMS320LF2407A为控制器的实验系统,实验结果表明,逆变器实现了零电压开通,有效降低了开关损耗、du/dt及EMI。 Design of resonant link is a pivotal problem to realize soft switching of soft-switching inverter,the character of soft-switching inverter is affected by the choice of resonant parameters.A effective resonance experiment method was proposed for a novel parallel resonant DC link inverter topology,which discusses the key problem that how to select the resonance parameter and it′s influence on the zero voltage switching,and a experiment system based on TMS320LF2407A was designed,the experiment results confirm that the inverter achieved ZVS in turning-on period,the turning-on loss,du/dt and EMI is reduced effectively.
