摘要
在传统Boost功率因数校正器(PFC)和双管反激两级变换器的基础上,增加了一条辅助支路,实现了两级变换器各开关管的软开关和PFC的整流二极管的受控关断。该方案可以有效地减小变换器的开关损耗和解决整流二极管的反向恢复问题,迎合了变换器高频化和高功率密度的发展趋势。最后,用Saber软件进行了仿真,验证了该方法的可行性。
Based on the traditional boost PFC & dual-switch flyback converter, a novel PFC dual-switch flyback integrated soft-switch converter was proposed. All switches of the two-stage converter were soft switched and the turn-off rate of the boost rectifier was controlled, while only one auxiliary line was added. The proposed approach can reduce the switching loss and overcome some problems caused by the reverse recovery. Finally, the approach is verified through simulation.
