摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术在输卵管妊娠治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾分析68例输卵管妊娠经腹腔镜手术的治疗效果。结果 68例腹腔镜手术成功,未发生并发症。结论腹腔镜手术能完成剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠所进行的手术操作,并且达到相应疗效,具有微创、术后恢复快的特点。
Objective To study the application of laparoscopy operation for the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods 68 cases of tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopy operation were reviewed retrospectively.Results 68 cases were successfully operated on laparoscopy,and no complication occurred.Conclusion Laparoscopic operation procedures can gain celiotomy＇s ends during laparoscopy and has the advantages of minimally invasion and quicker recovery.
