摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在输卵管妊娠治疗中的应用。方法:回顾分析65例输卵管妊娠经腹腔镜手术的治疗效果。结果:65例腹腔镜手术成功,未发生并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术能完成剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠所进行的手术操作,并且达到相应疗效,具有微创、术后恢复快的特点。
Objective： To study the application of laparescopy for the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods： 65 cases of tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopy were reviewed retrospectively. Results： 65 cases were successfully operated on by laparoscopy, and no complication occurred. Conclusions： Operation procedures during celiotomy can be performed during laparoscopy and the same the rapeutic results is obtained. Laparoscopic operations have the advantages of mimimally invasion and guicker recovery.
