摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学的变化特点。方法测定48例恶性肿瘤患者血液流变学各项指标并与54例健康体检者进行比较分析。结果恶性肿瘤患者的血液流变学指标与正常人相比有多项异常(P<0.01或P<0.05),而恶性肿瘤患者术后血液流变学指标与术前相比有明显好转(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者存在血液流变学指标的异常,且患者体内存在高黏、高凝、血细胞高聚的状态。
Objective To investigate the change of hemorheology in patients with malignant tumors.Methods The hemorheology in 48 patients with malignant tumors and 54 persons without disease were measured,and the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The hemorheological parameters in patients with malignant tumors were several abnormalities compared with normal healthy persons（P0.01orP0.05）,and cutting off the malignant tumors the hemorheological parameters were obviously amendment（P0.01orP0.05）.Conclusion The hemorheological parameters in patients with malignant tumors exist the abnormality,also,hyperviscosity,hypercoagulability,and hyperdetention are presented in the blood of patients with malignant tumors.
