摘要
从介绍坚强智能电网的概念出发,重点分析了现阶段国内建设坚强智能电网在继电保护方面的研究和进展,提出了贯穿智能电网继电保护实现过程中必须考虑的3个问题:保护定值自适应;保护功能根据运行方式的变化做相应的调整以及引入环境条件对保护定值的影响。
Upon introducing the concept of strong smart grid,the current research and progress in relay protection for domestic construction of strong smart grid are analyzed emphatically.The three matters necessitating consideration throughout the realization of relay protection for strong smart grid are indicated,including adaptive protection setting,corresponding adjustment of protective functions according to the change of operational patterns as well as the influence of environmental condition introduction on protection setting.
