摘要
现代智能电网的发展要求继电保护系统具有更大的灵活性和可靠性。结合智能电网的特点分析了现有继电保护系统结构存在的问题,提出了在未来智能电网中使继电保护具有可重构功能的建议。分析了继电保护系统在线重构的需求,提出了继电保护重构的含义、准则以及继电保护实施重构的通用模型,给出了重构示例并指出了尚需继续研究的问题。
The development of modern smart grid requires much more flexibility and reliability of relay protection system. Problems existing in present relay protection system structure are analyzed combining with the characteristics of smart grid, and the suggestion that making relay protection reconfigurable in future smart grid is proposed. In addition, analysis of the demand of relay protection system on-line reconstruction is carried out. The implication and criterion of relay protection reconstruction and the general model of implementing reconstruction are put forward. Examples of reconstruction are given and the problems to be studied in future are also pointed out.
