摘要
针对甘肃刘化(集团)公司燃煤锅炉除尘器存在的诸多问题,展开除尘器改造实践,在UG75-5.3型循环流化床锅炉上应用电袋复合式除尘器后。分析运行情况并进行了性能试验,实践证明取得了良好的预期效果。给出了系统运行建议,对已投产不达标的、场地受到限制的除尘器改造有一定借鉴。
Due to some problems of coal boiler′s dust separator in one company,carried out reforming and practicing to dust separator.After installing electric bag mixed type dust separator on UGG75-5.3 circulating fluidized bed boiler,by analyzing its running condition and testing it,have been proved good expected effect.Gained some suggestions from system operation are good for the substandard dust separator in running or dust separator restricted within narrow limits.
