摘要
当前,高职语文教学中普遍存在着过分强调语文知识的系统和深广而造成对社会需求导向等问题的忽视,以致大量高职毕业生在面试和工作中由于个人语文能力的欠缺而屡遭困境。针对此现象,笔者结合自己多年的教学实践和体会,从高职教育的发展趋势和高职学生的就业路径等多方面着想,认为高职语文教学必须牢固树立语文能力建设的教学思想,并在语文教学实践中渗透与突出学生能力本位的培养理念,以达到教学相长的目的。
It is general that the system and depth and breadth of Chinese in vocational colleges are overemphasized.Thus social meets have been neglected,which causes many students to failed in interview and working.According to writer＇s experience,the writer puts forwards some thought of fostering Chinese practical abilities of students in vocational colleges to improve teaching and learning.
