摘要
水环境治理作为一项综合性、系统性的工程,已经成为一个被广泛关注的政治和社会问题。江苏省水环境治理中的政府组织、环保NGO组织和个体自发公众参与方式都存在一定的不足之处,需要分析阻滞公众参与的相关因素,进而提出促进水环境"善治"的路径选择,为水资源保护尽绵薄之力。
As a comprehensive and systematic project,water environment governance has become a political and social problem which is widely concerned by the public. There are some shortcomings in water environment governance of Jiangsu province organized by the government,NGO,or spontaneous individual participation. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relevant factors which hinder the participation of the public. Finally,the paper proposes the possible ways to promote the good governance of water environment and hopes to contribute to the protection of water resources.
