摘要
学习型组织理论的提出顺应了时代发展要求,体现了诸多现代意识。作为高等学府的高校,理应与学习有着最密切的关系,成为现代学习型组织的主要阵地。主要论述了高校学习型组织的涵义、优势、特征和构建途径。
The advancement of Learning Organization Theory adapts to the requirement of times and shows modern ideology.Colleges and universities,which are institutions of higher education and have close relationship with learning,should become major fields for modern learning organizations.The connotations,strengths,features of learning organizations as well as the ways of construction are discussed.
