摘要
高职教育系统是一种复杂的社会系统,具备耗散自组织特性。应运用耗散自组织理论的认识论重新审视高职教育管理体系,制定高职教育规划;建立与外界信息交流的流畅的开放体系,引入负熵流;打破高职教育管理静止僵化状态,构建远离平衡态的系统;加强组织交流,构筑信息流通网络平台。
The higher vocational education system is a complex social system possessing dissipative self-organization characteristics.It is very important to use dissipative self-organization theory to take a new view for vocational education management system.These include constructing vocational education planning and design of self-organization,establishing the information system and external world and introducing the negative entropy flows,broking the higher vocational education management from the static state of rigid and establishing an equilibrium system,strengthening communication and constructing information network platform and so on.
