摘要
神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿近几年由于采掘不平衡,所导致的接续紧张问题,制约了高产高效矿井的持续发展。通过分析影响掘进的各种因素,研究优化采掘工艺、支护方式、配套设备、劳动组织、科学管理等环节,提高连续采煤机在煤巷掘进中的单进水平,解决制约高产高效生产模式的瓶颈问题。
The article is focused on the problems such as the uneven exploration of Dalinta Mine of Shendong Coal Group that leads to the tense of connection and re-connection that restraint the sustained development of coal mine of high-production and high effectiveness. Through the analysis of various factors that affect driving, the research on the optimization of driving technology, supporting method, corollary equipment, labor organization, science management and other factors can improve the single driving level the continuous coal winning machine and solve the bottleneck problem such as the restriction of high production and high effectiveness production model.
