摘要
以神华神东煤炭集团公司的10个大型煤矿为研究分析对象,构建了材料成本管理控制综合评价指标体系。通过使用DEA面板数据分析模型和系统聚类分析方法对它们的材料成本历史数据进行研究分析,客观地评价了神华神东煤炭集团公司在不同时段的材料成本管理控制效率,并揭示了其材料成本管控的发展变化趋势。文章的研究路径和研究结果对煤炭行业树标杆、控制成本有一定的参考价值。
A comprehensive evaluation index system of material cost control was established based on 10 large mines in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group. The material cost history data was analyzed using the model of DEA- panels and the model of system clustering,the material cost control efficiency of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group in different times was evaluated objectively and the trend of the material cost control was revealed. The research approach and the results of this study can provide references for cost control in coal industry.
