摘要
全面介绍了特种加工技术的类型及发展现状,指出了其优势和存在的问题;阐述了电火花加工、电解加工、电子束加工、超声波加工、激光加工、化学机械复合加工、水喷射加工等加工方法;探讨了各种加:L方法的工作要素、加工特点及应用;最后,指出了特种加工的发展趋势。
Comprehensively the special machining technology's type and the development present situation is introduced and its superiority and the existence question have been pointed out. The processing methods of electric spark machining, electrolysis processing, electron--beam machining, ultrasonic machining, laser processing, chemistry machinery compound processing, water spraying processing and so on has been illustrated;each kind of processing method work essential factor, the processing characteristic and the application have been discussed; Finally, the special machining trend of development has been forecast.
