摘要
焊接材料的工艺性对焊接工艺质量有重要的影响。本文以电弧物理为理论基础,利用高速摄影技术和汉诺威焊接质量分析系统采集焊接过程中的信号,对获取的信号进行分析处理,提出以短路时间T1集中分布系数ζ对药芯焊丝的工艺性进行评价的方法。
The craft of the weld materials has important influence to weld process quality. With the example of the electric arc physics as the theories foundation, this paper makes use of the high speed photograph techniques and analysator hannover to collect the signal in the weld process, carrying on an analytical processing to the obtained signal , it has put forward with an evaluation method to the flux--cored wires with ζ--coefficient of concentration distribution of short--circuiting time T1.
