摘要
在大坝混凝土施工中因混凝土材料、配合比、浇筑初期温度的变化及养护不到位等诸多因素,难免会产生裂缝。当出现较深的混凝土裂缝时,表面无损检测方法显得无能为力。本文结合某混凝土大坝工程实例,采用声波对穿的方法,通过测量波速、振幅及频率,测定裂缝发育的深度和倾向,确定合理的混凝土裂缝处理方案。
In the concrete construction of the dam,owing to concrete materials,mix proportion,temperature change in the first period of pouring and other factors,the crack will not be avoided.When concrete cracks become deep,the surface non-destructive detection method seems powerless.In this paper,taking an engineering project as an example with an acoustic penetration method,a reasonable concrete crack treatment program is determined by measuring the velocity,amplitude and frequency and depth and tendency of fracture orientation.
