摘要
对混凝土内部结构质量进行超声无损检测是保证混凝土结构内部安全、稳定的重要手段。混凝土结构强度与厚度的超声波无损检测关键在于准确识别直达波、反射波的起点。本文利用物理模型实验的方法,对所得到的各种波的波形特点进行分析验证,并最终将混凝土厚度、强度的多种观测方法应用于中国地质大学隧道的无损检测,收到了比较好的效果。
The technique of non-destructive detection for concrete structural quality using supersonic wave was an essential method to assure the construction safe and stable. The key of supersonic non-destructive detection for concrete intensity and thickness was to identify the start of direct and reflected wave. The characteristic of each wave was analyzed and checked by the method of physical modeling experiment. Finally, the method of detecting concrete thickness and intensity was applied to the non - destructive detection in channel of CUG, and the effect was very good.
