摘要
以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN) 为引发剂,首次研究了高转化率( > 85 % ) 下,温度、引发剂用量等对全氘代苯乙烯自由基本体聚合反应的影响。实验发现,较低的反应温度( < 90 ℃) 下,氘代单体聚合产物分子量随温度的升高而降低的速率大于非氘代单体;而温度高于90 ℃时,升高温度对两者分子量的影响均不十分明显。较低的温度有利于制得分子量分布较窄的产物,且温度对非氘代产物分子量分布的影响更为显著。AIBN 用量小于单体重量的1 % 时,氘代及非氘代聚合产物分子量均随AIBN 用量的增加而迅速降低;AIBN 用量大于1% 时,产物分子量下降趋势均变缓;而温度一定时,AIBN 用量( 在0 .5 ~2 % 范围内) 对两者分子量分布的影响都较小。
The free-radical polymerization of perdeuterated styrene (ST-D 8) with high conversion (>85%), which was initiated by 2,2-azobis-iso-butyronitrile (AIBN), was investigated. This paper describes the polymerization procedure, and some of the process parameters such as the temperature and the ratio of AIBN to ST-D 8 etc., which will effect on the rate of polymerization, the molecular weight and its distribution of the polymer, have been discussed also. It is found that higher temperature aids to the conversion of the monomer, but the molecular distribution becomes wilder also. When the ratio of AIBN to ST-D 8 is ≤1%, the molecular weight of the polymer production decrease with the increase of AIBN, but the ratio of AIBN to ST-D 8 influences the molecular distribution of the polymer little.
