摘要
采用聚合物溶液的热致相分离技术,并通过冷冻干燥制备出具有开放状网络孔洞结构的低密度全氘代聚苯乙烯泡沫。采用扫描电镜对泡沫结构进行表征,结果表明,在密度为0.02 g/cm3~0.2 g/cm3时,其平均孔径对应为0.2μm^10μm。利用1H-核磁共振、应力-应变实验和热分析仪器对最终氘代聚苯乙烯泡沫的氘代率、力学性能和热稳定性能进行了分析。
By the general thermally-induced phase separation (TIPS) technique and freezingdry technology, it can fabricate the low-density, microporous perdeuterated polystyrene foams used in inertial confinement fusion. The structures of the foams are opened-cell and isotropic. As the density of deuterated polystyrene foams is 0.02 g/cm^3 to 0.1 g/cm^3, the average cell size is 0.2 μm ~10 μm, and the deuterated ratio is 98.5%. By the stress-strain compression and thermal analysis, the mechanical performance and thermal stability of polymeric foams were characterized.
