摘要
目的建立大鼠血液学和血生化指标的正常参考值范围,为毒理学评价提供比较准确、可靠、科学的参考依据。方法收集本实验室近3年来8~10周龄SPF级Wistar大鼠对照组血液和血生化指标检测结果,按照正态分布原理推断其95%可信度正常值范围,并比较雌雄性别的差异。结果血液学指标中的WBC、RBC、HGB计数雌雄性大鼠间无统计学意义,但PLT和白细胞分类计数雌雄间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);生化指标中雌性大鼠ALT、TG比雄性大鼠低,TP、ALB、A/G比值比雄性大鼠高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论初步建立和完善了不同性别Wistar大鼠的血液、生化正常参考值范围。
Objective To update and establish the new normal range of blood hematological and biochemical indicators of SPF Wistar rats in toxicological safety evaluation,and to provide an accurate,reliable,scientific basis for the non-clinical toxicological evaluation and scientific research.Methods Blood hematological and biochemical indicators of 8-10 weeks age SPF Wistar rats with no treatment over the past 3 years in the laboratory were collected and analyzed statistically.The normal range with 95% confidence level was calculated through normal distribution model.Difference between male and female rats was compared.Results (1)There was no difference in WBC,RBC,HGB counts between male and female,while there were significant difference in PLT and WBC classification between different sexes(P0.01).(2)Biochemical indicators showed difference between male and female:ALT,TG of the female were lower than that of the male;TP,ALB,A/G of the female were higher than that of the male(P0.05 P0.01).Conclusions The normal range of blood hematological and biochemical indicators of SPF Wistar rats were updated and established.
