摘要
使学生具有较高的职业成熟度是高职院校提升学生就业质量的一个努力方向。而影响高职学生职业成熟度的因素有哪些也是需要我们首先确定的。在综合了国内外学者的相关研究文献后,可以构建起高职学生职业成熟度影响因素的模型,从而为制定提升高职学生职业成熟度策略奠定基础。
One of the targets for higher vocational colleges is to improve the career maturity for students.So we need to find out the factors influencing the maturity of the students.After the study of relevant materials from the scholars both home and abroad,I built a formula on students＇ maturity,thus laid a foundation for making strategies to improving students＇ maturity.
