摘要
本文阐述了职业指导对个人和组织人力资源管理工作的重要意义,概括了职业指导的研究历程和发展状况。从个体的职业过程和不同的职业指导主体纵横两个方面,提出三种类别的职业指导形式,并分析其内容,为职业指导的课程建设提供了一些参考意见。
This paper expounds the importance of career guidance for individuals and HRM, describes the study history and developing situations of career guidance. From the respects of individual's career process and different guidance subjects, it poses three forms of career guidance and analyzes their contents, providing some references for the curriculum construction.
