摘要
紧紧围绕高职教育的培养目标,在科学分析《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的基础上,本文以"优先发展教育,建设人力资源强国"为视角,通过对高职教育大学生创新人才培养的现状分析及思考,提出了具体的建议和措施。
Centering on the aim of talent＇ training,this paper analyzes scientifically National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Program（2010-2020）,and puts forward the concrete proposals and the measures with the idea of giving priority to the development of education and making our country rich in human resources through analysis and rational thinking of present situation of innovative of talents＇ training of higher vocational education.
